Raymond James, Nascot Wood was founded by the Branch Principal, Nicholas Fox, in 2020.
He is a highly experienced professional investment manager having spent over 30 years analysing and investing in UK equities.
Nicholas started his career at Sun Alliance, learning how to analyse companies. After three years he joined Equitable Life as an investment manager responsible for various industrial sectors. In due course he was given responsibility for investment in UK smaller companies, gaining valuable knowledge of many companies which have grown to be very successful growth businesses.
He began managing private client portfolios in 2007 and quickly discovered that quality of service was at least as important as investment results. A hallmark of his service became the close relationships he built with his clients.
The knowledge developed earlier in his career of high quality, well-managed and financially strong companies helped to benefit his client base as he introduced several of these companies into their investment portfolios.
